I found that Zip Recruiter had a wealth of jobseekers with the necessary qualifications. I liked that you would look at these candidates and contact them thru the Zip Recruiter news portal. Don't get me started on the preliminary questions which are a god...
What I don't like about Handshake is that it happens to be very confusing to use from the point of view of the job poster. I found that it had way too many options for this and that. Seemed to send me way to many emails.
No dislikes - a simple process that took a few minutes to complete
