Google Analytics is the gold standard for free web analytics. As clean as it is comprehensive, this tool allows you to track, organize, and report information relatively easily.

We've used Mixpanel a number of times to implement site analytics. It's incredibly easy to setup and get running. A great way to breakdown your analytics data from your site. Great dashboards, great reporting, and it's relatively cost efficient.

The features that I like about Firebase is the Real Time Update, is easy to install for beginner programmers. built-in authentication services (Google, Facebook, GitHub and Twitter). Integration with modern frameworks Angularjs, Ionic, React, Ember,...

It doesn't play so well with other systems, and is not the most reliable when it comes to reporting accuracy. The info you can gather from google analytics is relatively simplistic and still requires a lot of manual processes to get the big picture.

Dominic B.
User in Information Technology and Services

MixPanel separates event tracking and people tracking. This makes reporting difficult at times. Also, there is no "clean and easy" dashboard look as KISS Metrics offers.

Arif K.
User in Computer Software

The thing that i dislike is its poor documentation and tutorial. It becomes hard to figure out the features provided by the platform and requires lot of digging into the documentation to find your needs.
