Google Analytics is the gold standard for free web analytics. As clean as it is comprehensive, this tool allows you to track, organize, and report information relatively easily.

So many things are done right: - The simplicity of creating a meta schema using lookml, the learning curve is lightning fast - The flexibility of the system, making data available to inter customer has never been so easy - The support team is really...

The online control suite is quite amazing. If you know how to use it you can slice and dice your data in hundreds of ways. You can set it up to use first party cookies which is always nice. The performance of the reporting is awesome.

It doesn't play so well with other systems, and is not the most reliable when it comes to reporting accuracy. The info you can gather from google analytics is relatively simplistic and still requires a lot of manual processes to get the big picture.

G2 User in Information Technology and Services

It's so hard to find the login page!! Whenever I type in looker.com it takes me to the main site that's clearly aimed at prospects but there's nothing for current clients. There no tab that directs you there, helpful resources, etc.

G2 User in Banking

The price. If it could be offered at a significant discount because Google's free Analytics tool provides many of the same features, it'd be helpful.
