Searching for donors and creating groups based on their demographics or habits is fairly simple and easy to use. Their tech support chat is always very pleasant and helpful. They tend to listen to feedback from their users (to a degree)

Most importantly, I dislike the reservation feature and or the lack of group volunteering options. The online sign-ups are for individuals only, and the reservation feature is not useful at all other than "reserving space." I have had to make a workaround...
