Very difficult to download, and minimal documentation for working on issues. We had significant issues installing the API and figuring out how to get it started. There wasn’t much instruction on how to solve common issues.

How difficult it is to set up for an export. I am not very tech savvy so the initial set up was difficult. Fortunatly, One Call Now had good customer service to help us.
