CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL!! Never have i been faced with such poor service. We were sold the solution and promised to be up and live within a month by sales. Once on board our sales guys disappeared and our implementation tech confirmed this was impossible!...

The only downside to LiveZilla I can think of is the steep price. Although, our company is somewhat small in size, and the price becomes much more reasonable the more active users there are. Keep that in mind if you plan on buying!
