Loyalty management software is primarily leveraged by business-to-consumer (B2C) companies in the retail, e-commerce, travel, and hospitality industries. Marketing teams in these organizations use loyalty management software to boost customer retention, maximize repeat sales, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).

If a business is having difficulty finding its target audience or demographic, loyalty management tools can help a marketing team narrow down the search and test different methods of bringing customers back to the business.
