G2 reviewers report that Clio Manage significantly outperforms Juris® in overall user satisfaction, with a much higher score reflecting its strong market presence and positive user experiences. Users appreciate Clio's intuitive interface, noting that it is "easy to learn and fairly clear on where to place specific information."
Users say that Juris® offers a user-friendly experience for time entry, allowing for efficient contemporaneous logging of hours. However, it struggles to match the overall satisfaction levels seen with Clio Manage, which boasts a more robust feature set and higher ratings for ease of use.
Reviewers mention that Clio Manage excels in its integration capabilities, enabling seamless collaboration among team members. This feature allows users to track each client and case separately while maintaining visibility across the firm, a functionality that Juris® does not emphasize as strongly.
According to verified reviews, Juris® is praised for its strong reporting and analysis tools, which some users find very robust. However, Clio Manage's cloud storage capabilities are highlighted as a game-changer, allowing users to access documents anywhere, supporting a digital and paperless operation.
Users appreciate the quality of support provided by Clio Manage, which scores higher than Juris®. Reviewers have noted that Clio's support team is responsive and helpful, contributing to a smoother user experience, while Juris® users have expressed some challenges in this area.
G2 reviewers highlight that while Juris® is favored by small businesses for its customization options, Clio Manage's ease of setup and administration is a significant advantage, making it a more attractive option for firms looking to implement new software quickly and efficiently.
