I dislike the signing up process, as it takes a LOT of information to get started.

There are some accuracy issues (still an improvement over the status quo of poor data management by reps, but not 100% accurate either). I haven't found much use from the rest of the product, but it's relatively inexpensive so it seems like the value is there.
