You can export the annotated data as a DXF/GeoJSON/KML which is vector. Unfortunately, you can't export the underlying data as well at the current time.Read more
How can I draw a border of an existing line with a different colour?

You could either draw another line beside it, or if you need more accuracy, use the polygon tool and draw a thin rectangles beside each other.Read more
