Caveman ready interface. It's like an apple product; crack it open and go.
A great tool for planning projects, setting milestones, resources etc. Very easy to use and very quickly get complex projects with multiple tasks
Things haven't evolved over the last couple years and now there are other options out there for managing projects and tracking time.
MS Project Server has room to grow in the risk management/decision tools area. The present libraries are enhanced SharePoint lists and not integrated in the schedule and decision/driver libraries. Overall I would give this service a B.
