Simple and clean interface to approve time-sheet. Customer support is great and timely as well.
I think the biggest problem for us was just the UI. It's clean, sure, but it's hard to use the horizontal workflow on a 15" screen. Even though this is admittedly pretty trivial it caused me to switch to another software. The dashboard is pretty pointless...
