Our office loves the check-in feature. We know how many people are at the event at any given time, and can filter the list to see who we're missing. Our attendees appreciate how high-tech we are compared to using paper lists

The integration with Marketo needs work. It's very finicky and in turn, you can end up with data not syncing over between Attend and Marketo. We are constantly checking the registration numbers in both Attend and Marketo to make sure they match up.
The UI is a bit clunky, and I sometimes wonder if a shared Evernote folder with checklists could achieve the same results. More integrations with other systems - like Salesforce - might be helpful.
