The ease in pulling needed data and working with it "at a glance" is vital to me as a scheduler. I like being able to quickly confirm shifts/coverage/need within moments. Empowers the user greatly.
The people at nGuvu really work as a partner to establish an environment that will drive productivity but also add fun into the Agents' days.
It always works. Had other systems that time out or are hard to hear. It's stable and easy.

This is far and away the worst forecasting tool I have seen on the market. Unless your call center takes a static amount of calls, this tool is not for you. The lift to get to a forecast is absurd and the only thing they forecast based on is previous year...
Initially the setup process can take time depending on your internal data structure.
We use third party for sip trunks we should have those features with AWS
