The accruals tracking is my favorite WFR piece. Also, the time sheet makes it very simple for the employees to catch on very quickly. Finally, being able to export our payroll data and upload into our payroll system makes payroll days a breeze for our company.

It's very difficult to run reports on historical data from the system. Most times, I have to download the information as a .csv file and then use that to sort and filter to what I would. I wish the web based application had this ability built into it.
