The two things I think could be are the dashboard is kind of plain. They could use a way to look for ideas for posts. They could have some templates or just a way to search the web for articles to post much like google send articles to your email

the support when an issue arises and that features were said to be included / would be provided in a specific timeframe, but in the end they were not. Delays in FB messages appearing in CX, when they were visible in FB directly for up to 30 mins.
