G2 reviewers report that Airtable excels in ease of use and implementation, with many users highlighting its responsive customer support and intuitive interface. This makes it a popular choice for daily task tracking and project management.
Users say that Planview AdaptiveWork offers a high level of customization, allowing teams to tailor the software to their specific needs. Reviewers appreciate its rich features for managing multiple projects, although some mention that it can be complex to configure.
According to verified reviews, Airtable's integration capabilities with tools like Google and Slack are a significant advantage, enabling users to automate tasks and manage large datasets effectively. This flexibility is often compared to an advanced Excel sheet, making it suitable for various operational workflows.
Reviewers mention that while Planview AdaptiveWork provides robust features for project planning and task prioritization, it may not be as user-friendly as Airtable. Users have noted that the learning curve can be steep, especially for those unfamiliar with project management software.
G2 reviewers highlight that both products receive similar scores for quality of support, but Airtable's recent feedback emphasizes a more proactive support experience, which can be crucial for teams needing quick assistance during implementation.
Users report that Planview AdaptiveWork shines in areas like project budgeting and resource allocation, with features that help teams track expenses and manage resources effectively. However, some users feel that Airtable's simplicity and versatility make it a better fit for small businesses looking for straightforward solutions.
