AI Generated Summary
AI-generated. Powered by real user reviews.
  • Users report that ActiveInbox excels in its "Email Categorization" feature, allowing for efficient organization of emails, while SaneBox's "AI Sorting" is praised for its ability to intelligently prioritize important messages, making it easier to manage inbox clutter.
  • Reviewers mention that SaneBox's "Email Automation" capabilities are superior, providing seamless workflows that save time, whereas ActiveInbox's automation features, while effective, do not match the level of customization offered by SaneBox.
  • G2 users highlight that ActiveInbox's "Unified Inbox" feature is beneficial for users managing multiple accounts, providing a consolidated view, while SaneBox's "Predefined Rules" are noted for their flexibility in automating email sorting based on user-defined criteria.
  • Users on G2 appreciate SaneBox's "Open Rates" analytics, which provide valuable insights into email engagement, while ActiveInbox's analytics features, though useful, do not offer the same depth of reporting on user interactions.
  • Reviewers say that both products integrate well with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, but SaneBox's "Customizations" for email scheduling and notifications are more robust, allowing for a more tailored user experience.
  • Users report that while ActiveInbox has a solid "Snooze" feature for managing email follow-ups, SaneBox's overall ease of use and setup, rated higher by users, makes it a more appealing choice for those new to email management tools.

My main doubt is : how to be sure that SaneBox's tool really choose the correct e-mails to put in the SaneLatter folder or other folders ? How can we trust that SaneBox will not make mistakes, for example, putting an important and priority e- mail in the folder SaneLatter ? ority
