When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Actito easier to use and set up. However, Sailthru is easier to administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with Sailthru overall.

My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all.
