I like how user friendly MyCase is. Once I become a subscriber it was easy to put all my files on one place and I love how I can access them from anywhere, my computer, iPad, or phone.

It is awkward and unwieldy. The automatic spellcheck is annoying. The way the search works is counter-intuitive. The time-entry interface is not user-friendly for anything except a very large screen computer.
