It seems to me that if you are going to make changes to the software you could ask your daily users (or high usage users) what their opinions are of the change before you make it. At least I would be prepared for it.

Most changes are from requests from current users. SOME changes have affected us adversely (as your WebTime example). Simply contact your rep and let them know.

What is your experience with the software?
I would like to know if your experience (from choosing the system, to implementation, to actual usage) has been as good as ours. I really sound like a paid Paycom partner but my feedback is honest and comes from my true user and administrator experience with the software.

Our experience was positive. Coming from ADP, Paycom was a complete package and simplified our systems. We've definitely saved a lot of money that way. Implementation is okay, though we had to do a lot of work post-implementation in terms of learning/configuring the system and training our employees. The benefit is that they always have Paycom specialists available via email, but sometimes when you ask for help it will get bounced around the team and take 2 days or more to resolve your issue or answer your question.
