The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Accounting
Accounting is one of the most important, yet daunting and expensive departments in almost all companies.
Accountants oversee all financial operations of a business to help it run smoothly and efficiently. These include preparing and analyzing financial statements (e.g., cash flow, income statement, balance sheet), paying taxes on time, and maintaining the companies’ general ledger (GL). All these tasks require a great deal of human interaction that takes time and money; no matter how careful an employee may be, there is always the chance for human error, which could snowball and lead to devastating financial results in the future.

How to Stay Organized When Closing Books Remotely
Almost any public or private business with an accounting and finance department performs a month, quarter, and year-end close, which is a series of steps to review, record, and reconcile accounting information.
For this blog, I’m going to refer to only month-end close for consistency and simplicity.

What platforms are available?Platforms

Integrify provides three deployment options for our platform, depending on your needs. The platform you choose can have some impact on cost since some options require more service and maintenance on our part.
Cloud: This option requires no internal IT resources to set up, is fully managed by Integrify and can be available almost immediately after subscribing to the service. No hardware is required.
Private Cloud: This option can be available shortly after subscribing to the service. No hardware is required on your part. Choose this option if you require data isolation, an encrypted database, or a custom login page. The private cloud also allows you to schedule your own updates and allows for direct access to your SQL database.
On Premise: Choose this if you are required to integrate with systems that cannot be exposed to the Internet or your corporate policy requires that your data reside within your company’s firewalls. Integration with Active Directory is also available with the On-premise option.

Question on: Nutrient Workflow
What types of user licenses and users are available?Licenses

A “user” is anyone who logs into Integrify, whether they are an administrator building workflows or an employee logging into the portal to submit requests or complete tasks. Because you pay on a per-user basis, the number of users will obviously affect your cost. Note: We typically work with companies that need 50+ users. We provide two different types of user licenses depending on your needs:
Named Users: You decide who has access to the system and each user gets their own login and password. Named allows for X amount of users that can login to submit requests, complete tasks, run reports or be administrators and not be limited to the # of users logged into the application at the same time.
Concurrent Users: Everyone in your organization can log in to the system but only a certain number can be on the system at the same time. We can provide guidance on a realistic number of concurrent users based on your organization’s size.
