We use the HubSpot Sales CRM in a limited capacity. SF.com, has a robust team, many other resources available, and work with large enterprise companies. Hubspot targeted market is mid-market companies. They may have some limited AI, but certainly not at the SF.com level. Overall, a good product until you want to upgrade and pay the massive amount of dollars now required by large enterprise CRM companies. I have used both CRM systems, and HubSpot does a decent job for the phase we are in at this time. I hope this helps.

Drupal has a specific core release cycle: major, minor, and patch releases. Usually, Drupal core updates (bug fixes) are released once in a month but in case of a security vulnerability, there will be an immediate release. It is highly recommended to install those fixes. As for major releases, Drupal 9 is scheduled to June 2020. The current version, Drupal8, will be supported until November 2021. Commercial extended security support is not planned as developers promise, that it will be much easier to update from Drupal 8 to 9 than previous major upgrades.
