Hi Markley, you can create custom properties to add additional form fields. Have you tried this or are you looking for something like sliders? For example, for the surveys we send, we create a custom group of properties and then custom properties, then add those to the form. We aren't using anything but dropdowns and single-line text, however. Utilizing custom properties you can ask anything you like. :) (Gear/Properties)

It is not a simple question. There are many things to do to improve the website speed. The easy way to improve your site speed is using a cahe plugin. I recommend WP Rocket. You only have to activate it and the basic configuration is enough to see a better speed in your website
