With the frequency of social media changing their API's, it's not viable to have a CMS support this as a major feature when other tools can do similar functionality and are made specifically for this. If you set your site up properly with OpenGraph tags, proper image sizes, metadata, etc. you should be able to use tools like Hootsuite to post articles to multiple channels.
