Previously employees did not keep records straight, and I am trying to update everything and get it all worked out. How can I ensure the best way to clean up the current and past records while also creating new ones with our new process that works properly? I want to find the most efficient way to do that. Please let me know what I am missing. Hi Kaitlyn, To do this, you'll log into your account. From the My Account page, click the pencil icon to the right of the sign up you wish to edit. This will take you back into the sign up builder where you first created the sign up. Under the Edit tab, locate your list of Dates/Times. Next to each date/time is an "X". Click the "X" next to the date/time you wish to delete and it will ask you to confirm your selection.
