Question on: Fastly CDN
What are the usual suspects of a token authentication problem that Fastly is experiencing?Receiving an account verification email from Fastly lead to a suspicious email message and upon following the email the token was expired/previously used. Invalid tokens in emails can result from a non-unique UUID to the best of my knowledge, and as a result, I would never expect this to occur in a production environment. Are there other instances that may provide this same error?

Hello Daniel,
Kara from Fastly here. The issue with GMail marking Fastly mail as suspicious is a know issue that we are working to resolve. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This alert can be ignored and you can proceed with the link.
Regarding the token authentication, how long after you received the email was the link used? It is our standard security practice to have these links/tokens expire after 24 hours to prevent any type of unauthorized access.
If you have additional questions, please reach out to Support@Fastly.com and we would be happy to assist, or if you prefer, you can contact me directly at kdrapala@fastly.com.
