Also, when for some reason the document does not download, we do not know why. It would be great if we know the reason as to either the file size is too large or the name is too long or the format is incorrect. I, for one, am not clear on the question here. I'm confused by the file naming question and the file size question being asked together, I don't understand the relation. Can you clarify the question? Maybe there are two separate questions here. For instance, you can keep your room open with the current documents in it for future sales, pitches or due diligence. You also can use iDeals to store highly sensitive information within your organization to ensure that only the right people have access to your data at the right time. Another area of application could be simply to share files and store them with our secure hosting service. Basically, there are no limits with using iDeals!
