If I send the same subject line to a number of prospects and then see a large number of opens, I'm not able to differentiate which recipients are opening. Is there a solution I'm not aware of? This is not a problem it would be great if there is an option to disable it. Yes. In the desktop app. you can hover at the bottom of the circle and click the X. This isn't a just profile icon though, it's also the camera view. You can chose to record the camera and screen or just the screen. Picking just the screen will make that circle go away as well.
