Our platform offers multiple experiences which can be customized for a wide variety of use cases. Benefits While increasing engagement and brand value are the primary benefits of our service, several other specific benefits can be achieved through using our platform for specific use cases under certain conditions. For example, an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) can be repurposed in multiple different ways to either boost employee morale, showcase beneficial content to visiting executives, or increase the likelihood of customers to buy products or services, all according to the needs and wants of the client. The results can be seen with our clients’ continual service with us, the results with their respective use cases, and the attendee/user testimonials. How It’s Done The first part of our platform is basically a giant funnel. We first aggregate all of the client’s social media and because we are a real-time platform, we focus more on sites such as Twitter and Instagram. Our platform then synthesizes the information gathered by filtering it for things like spam, adult content, noise and relevancy. These filters are adjusted to meet the client’s requirements, using tools such as Machine Learning, Social Graphs and Natural Language Processing to achieve such relevant and specific results. The second part of our platform is the visualization of the synthesized content, displayed through a variety of brand-safe and visually rich digital signage experiences. These visualizations have the ability to be interactive and fit any screen size and aspect ratio. Why FanKave? Rather than being a self serve solution with an enterprise customization component, we have specifically focused on being an enterprise solution from the beginning, so our efforts and offerings reflect that. We are a fully managed and customizable service, focusing on the accuracy and relevancy of our ML engine and platform, along with our flexibility in fulfilling and accommodating our clients’ specifications. Digital Signage Experiences All of our experiences are fully customized for the client according to brand guidelines, including custom experiences, loading animations, backgrounds, playlists, etc. Integration with company generated content and special requests can be included, depending on the use case. Clients can request any custom experiences or ideas, and we will do our best to fulfill their needs. We have in-house designers to design everything, though if a customer insists, we can hand design control all over to them and just integrate the final designs into the experience.
