Question on: PowerReviews
How do you deal with management that instructs you to suppress negative reviews?
Educate them about being trustworthy and how bad reviews can be turned into good reviews. Bad reviews also validate good reviews (people know you're not editing out the bad). Your response to bad reviews can show you as responsive, knowledgeable and involved. Lots of blogs on how to respond, but it should provide helpful info for future customers while attending to the OP.
