If I understand your question correctly, Dropbox Integration is an automatic process where certain folders on your server/computer are backed up to certain folders on dropbox. My files are either backed up to a work folder that can be accessed by members of my team, a work folder that can be access by clients and stakeholders and lastly a folder that I am solely able to access. If I understand your question, yes you can have 2 dropbox accounts but one server/computer cannot back up to two different accounts. I have folders that have different access levels for my team and stakeholders and that has worked well for me.
