[Nintex vs NetSuite vs Emburse Expense Enterprise in the UKG Marketplace: which platform lets teams best verify security and compliance with UKG integrations before signing a long-term vendor contract?](/discussions/nintex-vs-netsuite-vs-emburse-expense-enterprise-in-the-ukg-marketplace-which-platform-lets-teams-best-verify-security-and-compliance-with-ukg-integrations-before-signing-a-long-term-vendor-contract)

For everyone here who evaluates HR tech vendors for a living, a three-way one. Nintex vs NetSuite vs Emburse Expense Enterprise in the[](https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-marketplace)[UKG Marketplace](https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-marketplace): which one lets a team actually verify security and compliance on its UKG integration before signing a long-term contract?

All three are established platforms rather than niche add-ons, and all three have official UKG integrations. What differs is how much you can verify before an NDA.

- [**NetSuite**](https://www.g2.com/products/oracle-netsuite/reviews) publishes the longest list: SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 audits plus ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and PCI DSS, stated on its own security page.[ ](https://www.g2.com/products/emburse-expense-enterprise-formerly-chrome-river-expense/reviews)
- [**Emburse Expense Enterprise**](https://www.g2.com/products/emburse-expense-enterprise-formerly-chrome-river-expense/reviews) covers a similar SOC and ISO set and adds certified ISO 27701 privacy, which matters when the integration carries employee data.
- [**Nintex**](https://www.g2.com/products/nintex-nintex/reviews) has an exception-free SOC 2 Type 2 for its cloud platform, but the shortest public list of the three; the rest you request.

Simplest way I can frame it: match the paperwork to what the integration actually touches, payroll, expenses, or onboarding workflows.

What's your real test before a long-term signature: audit reports, a pen test, or reference calls? And which of these three passed it for you?

Based on public documentation, NetSuite and Emburse appear easier to assess upfront, with Emburse offering the clearest privacy-specific signal for employee expense data. Nintex may still pass a rigorous review, but teams will likely need to request more evidence and validate the precise UKG integration scope before committing.

[Is Nintex worth committing to as a UKG Marketplace vendor given the security and compliance credentials required before signing a multi-year contract?](/discussions/is-nintex-worth-committing-to-as-a-ukg-marketplace-vendor-given-the-security-and-compliance-credentials-required-before-signing-a-multi-year-contract)

Calling the IT, HR ops, and security folks on G2 who put vendors through review before anything gets signed. I'm researching a question buyers keep asking about this category: is Nintex worth committing to as a UKG Marketplace vendor, given the security and compliance credentials expected before a multi-year contract?

Looking through the[](https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-marketplace)[UKG Marketplace](https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-marketplace) category,[](https://www.g2.com/products/nintex-nintex/reviews)[**Nintex**](https://www.g2.com/products/nintex-nintex/reviews) is one of the few established platforms in a list full of small services, with 1,270+ reviews and a 4.3 rating.

- **What the record shows:** an independent, exception-free SOC 2 Type 2 report for its cloud platform, and a UKG Marketplace app focused on employee onboarding workflows.
- **Where the record runs thin:** current reports come on request rather than sitting in the open, and the audit covers the cloud platform, so scope becomes a question wherever workflows touch payroll data. How much that matters in practice is exactly what I can't judge from the outside.

So I'll hand it to the people who have done it: if you ran Nintex through a security review, what did the process surface, and did anything in it change your team's decision?

Nintex appears credible enough to merit serious consideration, but a multi-year commitment should depend on validating the exact audit scope, data flows, and controls used in your UKG deployment. Its established review base and SOC 2 Type 2 coverage are reassuring, though security teams should still request current reports and confirm how payroll or employee data is handled end-to-end.
