What is TalentLMS used for?

TalentLMS (LMS = Learning Management System) has a number of different uses! I use it to implement and track employee training and development. It houses my online training and can send out reminders for instructor-led training. It is also helpful for reporting KPIs and ROI, especially with its highly customizable reporting feature.
