Vecteezy is an online resource for graphic design people looking for quality vector art, stock photos, and videos to use in their projects. There is a free option but you must provide a credit back to the author of the art on your project. Most designers pay for unlimited usage as the pricing is very reasonable.

I've found them to be a much higher quality than most stock sites. Photos that have proper lighting can be difficult to find but it's much easier on Adobe Stock.
