Not sure how to word my question, but I find the layout to be a little been "broken up".
The only way I know to describe it is like with a paper manual it seems to be easier to get the big idea or see the bigger picture. It may be that I am still learning how to manage and organize the content.

Would you be able to add a "screenshot function" instead of attachment dragging for Microsoft PC?
Pretty much like the screencast tool but only for screenshots.

You can just copy the screenshot to your clipboard and paste it. This is what I usually do.

off the shelf content (HIPAA, compliance, safety, management, MS Tools...etc.) would be helpful.

Under the user settings you can assign a role. We use roles for our departments internally. This has allowed us to assign content to each role (department) easily.
