Why are there duplicate candidates that don't appear as such in the Duplicate feature so I can merge?

Hi Adelaida, Adding some info below. If this doesn't answer your question, please reach out to our awesome support experts at support@jobadder.com! To merge duplicate Candidates: - Hover on Candidates tab - Click Duplicates - Choose the criteria to suggest duplicates such as Email &Mobile - Select the Candidates you wish to merge - Click Merge Candidates then Confirm Important: The merge process cannot be reversed, so please double check before proceeding. is there any way to add other portals into job diva where its easy to find who is open to work

Yes you can other job boards like CB,Monster,Indeed and whenever new profile will appear it will add in your job diva data

Yup you need to contact your Admin and get other portals integrated in Job Diva. Then you can use filters to refine your search
