[Service Management - How do I create a Service Package?](/discussions/service-management-how-do-i-create-a-service-package)

How do I create a Service Package?

To create a service package, you first have to create the individual treatment as it's own service. To do this, go Admin\>Services\>Create New Service, then you would fill in everything just like a normal service but just for the single treatment (Note: You are later going to create another service for the package, then fill the package with X amount of the singles). Once you have everything set, created (keep in mind that treatment commission comes from the individual service, so make sure you set that if you need it also), create the service, then go back to the main service page and click "create new service" again, this time it's going to be for the package. Set the package name "LHR- Upper Back 6" for example, set the cost of the package or anything else that applicable for the package. Then at the bottom before you create the package, go to the bottom for the service package area, click +add item to package. Inside that pop up, you're going to select the SINGLE version of the treatment that you previously created, then add however many are included in the package. In our example, we would select "LHR Upper Back Single" then select 6 in the drop down to fill this package with 6 single sessions. This does not affect the cost of the package, the 6 is merely to keep track of how many the client has received vs how many they have remaining, also for treatment commission for each session.

[Marketing Tools - How do you set up an e-blast?](/discussions/marketing-tools-how-do-you-set-up-an-e-blast)

How do I set up an e-blast marketing campaign in AestheticsPro?

You can set up an e-blast, found in AP Marketing Solutions feature. Please go to Marketing-\>AP Marketing Solutions. First, you will make an email template to be sent out -- you can either create one from scratch in the "Add/Edit Template" tab, or use one of the predefined email templates. Next, you would create an email list, by going to the "Add/Edit Eblasts" tab and then pressing the "create email list" button. Each e-blast has an associated email list of clients (or leads, or both). By default, the email list you will create will be a list of all of your clients and leads at your location, but you can filter down the list if need be. Give your email list a name and then click "create list". Now, press the "create e-blast" button to actually create the e-blast. Fill in all of the information on the left to include the date and time that the e-blast should go out (if you set schedule now = NO, then that means that the e-blast is not ready to go out yet). Select the email list you created above. Then, select the associated email template on the right, and click "create e-blast". You can view your existing e-blasts by clicking the "my e-blasts" button; you will be able to pause and play e-blasts on this page.
