We'd like to implement a system where a user can scan a QR code that opens a product specific landing page where the user can select the pdf manual they need or select each one to download. Is this something that Beaconstac offers? How do I solve this? Hi Tam, That may be a limitation on the particular Android version/smartphone model. Some Android smartphones require you to enable the QR Code scanner on the native camera app. Try checking the settings to make sure it's enabled.
