If this helps, below is listed what I'm currently running. I have no trouble with my computer not keeping up. The only occasional issue is with a large file and extensive time-line, Fusion's 360 will occasionally freeze. I've found this is not my computer; it's the cloud servers' side of it...

Many Products have to undergo rigorous product testing standards and maintaining documentation, with the help of logs and a simple approval system for Business or Enterprise users, the need for tracking and logging changes would go down. I wasn't able to find such features if it is possible please do share how do we make use of these features.

I'm not a rendering expert but light sources can be defined. Use the predefined or make your own.
History is kept (if you chose) and is easily back tracked.
I think the best place to look is the plethora of help on the Fusion 360 website and bulletin boards.
If you are a paying user you can get instant help with the chat feature (I personally love that feature) to break inertia on a problem.
