I feel my question is about a feature I demand on most of my client calls. Where you sometimes forgot to document the requirements. Thus, recording such calls becomes handy.

My computer is older and slower than the Microsoft desktop I was using. Could that be the reason why it won't launch? It would say that the internet isn't connected, but it was.
