[Conga Composer vs Docusign CLM for a sales ops team that needs both document generation and e-signature without juggling two separate contracts?](/discussions/conga-composer-vs-docusign-clm-for-a-sales-ops-team-that-needs-both-document-generation-and-e-signature-without-juggling-two-separate-contracts)

I've been weighing Conga Composer vs Docusign CLM for a sales ops team that wants both document generation and e-signature under one contract, not two vendors to juggle. If flexible doc generation is the main job and signing is secondary, Conga is the tighter fit; if the contract lifecycle is the core need, Docusign CLM leads on signing but is heavier to run. The catch: neither is truly both in one product, so it comes down to which vendor's bundle you'd rather sign.

- [**Conga Composer**](https://www.g2.com/products/conga-composer/reviews) (4.4 stars, 907 reviews): A strong Salesforce document generation engine. E-signature comes from Conga Sign, so you keep generation and signing under one vendor and one relationship. Reviewers praise the accurate, branded output; the trade-off is admin-heavy template setup.
- [**Docusign CLM**](https://www.g2.com/products/docusign-clm/reviews) (4.3 stars, 492 reviews): Built around signing and the full contract lifecycle, with native e-signature and approval routing. It generates from templates too, but it's more contract management than flexible doc gen, and reviewers call implementation heavy and pricey.

For a sales ops team, I'd lean Conga (Composer plus Conga Sign) when the day-to-day is generating quotes and contracts that then need a signature, and Docusign CLM when managing the contract lifecycle and compliance is the bigger problem.

If you run one of these for both generation and signing, did sticking with a single vendor keep things simple, or did you still end up adding a second tool?

Sticking to one vendor definitely keeps things cleaner, though contracts that need back-and-forth negotiation often pull in a separate tool at some point anyway.

[Which companies in the Salesforce document generation space are known for the best customer support when something breaks on a critical deal?](/discussions/which-companies-in-the-salesforce-document-generation-space-are-known-for-the-best-customer-support-when-something-breaks-on-a-critical-deal)

When something breaks mid-deal, support quality matters more than any feature, so I've been researching which [Salesforce document generation](https://www.g2.com/categories/salesforce-crm-document-generation) vendors are known for the best support when it counts. GetAccept and DealHub have the strongest reputations in reviews, and S-Docs isn't far off; the tell is reviewers naming their CSMs, not just saying "support was fine." Ranked by what reviewers say:

1. [**GetAccept**](https://www.g2.com/products/getaccept/reviews) (4.6 stars, 1,264 reviews): Reviewers repeatedly name specific reps and say queries are handled promptly, which matters when you're working at pace.
2. [**DealHub**](https://www.g2.com/products/dealhub/reviews) (4.7 stars, 848 reviews): Named CSMs and solutions architects come up again and again; one RevOps lead said the team made the difference during rollout.
3. [**S-Docs**](https://www.g2.com/products/s-docs/reviews) (4.7 stars, 128 reviews): Support is called quick and helpful, including resolving technical issues mid-migration, with a few notes that it can be reactive rather than proactive.
4. [**Conga Composer**](https://www.g2.com/products/conga-composer/reviews) (4.4 stars, 907 reviews): The most support praise by volume, but also the most complaints; some reviewers flag slower, ticket-by-ticket resolution and worry about quality since the acquisition.
5. [**Docusign CLM**](https://www.g2.com/products/docusign-clm/reviews) (4.3 stars, 492 reviews): Fine for routine questions, but deeper help often sits behind higher tiers or paid professional services.

If something broke on a live deal, whose support came through for you, and how fast did they respond?

Dedicated support with a named contact makes a real difference in those moments. Response time and familiarity with your setup matter a lot more than general support ratings!

[What Salesforce document generation app has the cleanest templates and easiest setup for a sales team that wants professional-looking output without design skills?](/discussions/what-salesforce-document-generation-app-has-the-cleanest-templates-and-easiest-setup-for-a-sales-team-that-wants-professional-looking-output-without-design-skills)

Not every sales team has a designer on hand, so I've been looking into which [Salesforce document generation](https://www.g2.com/categories/salesforce-crm-document-generation) apps give the cleanest templates and easiest setup for professional output without design skills. GetAccept and DealHub get to polished output the fastest, with S-Docs and Formstack Documents solid for simpler needs. Breaking it down:

1. [**GetAccept**](https://www.g2.com/products/getaccept/reviews): Best known for polished, on-brand proposals that any rep can send without touching design, with quick setup thanks to onboarding help. Have you found the built-in templates flexible enough, or did you want more layout control?
2. [**DealHub**](https://www.g2.com/products/dealhub/reviews): Known for professional quotes out of guided templates, and reviewers call it intuitive for non-technical users once it's configured.
3. [**S-Docs**](https://www.g2.com/products/s-docs/reviews): Known for clean, professional Quote and Order PDFs generated natively in Salesforce, with a WYSIWYG editor for the basics. Fair warning: deeper template changes lean technical.
4. [**Formstack Documents**](https://www.g2.com/products/formstack-documents/reviews): Known for easy setup and customizable templates that don't need much training, which smaller teams like.
5. [**Conga Composer**](https://www.g2.com/products/conga-composer/reviews): Known for polished output in a few clicks once templates are built, though the initial template setup usually needs an admin. If your output has to look perfect, is that extra setup worth it for your team?

For a sales team without design resources, which app gave you the cleanest result with the least setup? Did the templates still hold up once you branded them, and how much could a rep handle without help?

The tools with the most polished output usually take the most upfront setup; once templates are built reps can run independently, but that initial investment is real.
