Blue Ridge works with mid-market to large-scale distributors, manufacturers, and retailers running multiple locations, high SKU complexity, and multi-supplier environments. It has particular depth in automotive, HVAC and plumbing, food and beverage, consumer goods, and wine and spirits distribution, with growing traction in electrical, industrial, building supplies, and pharmaceuticals.

Most SaaS companies now claim advanced AI capabilities, from long-standing players to recent start-ups. How does Blue Ridge leverage AI in its new platform?

Blue Ridge was cloud-first at its inception and used machine learning in forecasting from the beginning. Today, AI is built into the core of the platform across three capabilities on one data foundation: Adaptive ML that forecasts and shows its reasoning, Generative AI (Blu) that explains the "why" behind any decision in plain language and automates the routine, and Agentic AI that earns the authority to act by proving its accuracy first. Blue Ridge did not add AI to its software. Instead, it built its platform as AI-native guided by deep industry expertise.
