Question on: Adapt
Those emails have 70% authenticity are valid?
70% authentic email don't valid with some email validator.
In my experience, anything 70% or higher I have not gotten any bounce backs and have gotten replies from prospects. So I would say yes, 70% seems to work.

Question on: Autoklose
What is the best way to scrub an OPEN list and a Reply list ensuring I don't email a recipient who's replied but only OPENED my email.
We are achieving OPEN rates of 30-50% with reply rates of 5-10%. I want to keep contacting those who have OPENED my emails but who are not yet replying. How can I best sort these two lists to ensure I don't contact someone who' has both OPENED & REPLIED.
Hi Garin,
If you want to keep adding follow-ups in a campaign, the system will automatically stop the sequence for those who replied to one of your emails in that particular campaign.
In case you want to start a new campaign and target only those who opened your emails, the safest way to do it is to assign Tags to your contacts. To do so- go to the contacts section, use filters active in (choose campaign) and activity type "replies" and assigned tag to them. Afterward, you will be able to easily filter them out once you start adding recipients in new campaigns.
