Training doesn't stick if it is a one-time event - How do you ensure we realize the value of training after the in-person workshops?

There is a slack community to leverage and continue on going discussion. There is also take home content which is exceptional

We have a few unique aspects of our programs: - We invite all alumni to our private social network for peer support and to gain access to templates etc - All participants leave with a 'to-do check list and we run a 30 day check-in via zoom for each cohort - Most training is followed by an online certification experience where learners are tested out and demonstrate (through uploading evidence) that they have applied the key principles.
