Question on: Salary.com
[Can it support my organization’s complex requirements?](/discussions/organizational-requirements)

Organizational Requirements

Typically, when an organization has complex compensation planning requirements that their ERP or HCM cannot support, the fallback position is to leverage excel workbooks distributed via email due to the need for flexibility and formula support. CompXL was designed as an excel compatible solution so that even complex compensation planning requirements are able to be fully supported. To be succinct, if an organization can express their requirement in excel formula, then CompXL can support that requirement.
