Data forms the core of every business decision made today. However, disparate and siloed data disconnect processes, technologies, and people across various go-to-market (GTM) teams. Organizations have realized the importance of aligning their sales, marketing, and customer success teams to work together to utilize available data instead of just focusing on individual team goals. This is where revenue operations & intelligence (RO&I) software enters.

Question on: RevSure
[Can the platform measure whether marketing interactions accelerate deal velocity or improve win rates? If yes, please explain.](/discussions/can-the-platform-measure-whether-marketing-interactions-accelerate-deal-velocity-or-improve-win-rates-if-yes-please-explain)

Can the platform measure whether marketing interactions accelerate deal velocity or improve win rates? If yes, please explain.

Yes. RevSure can measure whether marketing interactions accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates. RevSure tracks full-funnel progression and stage-to-stage movement across the buyer journey, allowing teams to see how specific campaigns, channels, offers, or touchpoint combinations impact deal speed. The platform calculates metrics such as end-to-end velocity and stage-to-stage velocity, helping teams understand whether certain marketing engagements help opportunities move faster through the funnel. RevSure also evaluates how marketing interactions influence win rates by analyzing historical closed-won and closed-lost deals. Its AI models identify the factors that increase or decrease conversion probability, including total activities, campaign touches, channel engagement, events, ads, and other marketing interactions. These insights are surfaced through RevSure’s Journey, Pipeline Health, and Predictability modules, helping teams identify which marketing efforts not only generate pipeline, but also accelerate deals and improve the likelihood of closing revenue.

Question on: RevSure
[How does the platform distinguish marketing-sourced pipeline vs marketing-influenced pipeline vs marketing’s contribution to revenue?](/discussions/how-does-the-platform-distinguish-marketing-sourced-pipeline-vs-marketing-influenced-pipeline-vs-marketing-s-contribution-to-revenue)

How does the platform distinguish marketing-sourced pipeline vs marketing-influenced pipeline vs marketing’s contribution to revenue?

RevSure distinguishes marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, and marketing’s contribution to revenue through configurable attribution rules, lookback windows, activity classification, and AI-based attribution models. Marketing-sourced pipeline can be defined using custom sourcing logic, such as identifying opportunities where a qualifying marketing touchpoint, like an MQL or first-touch campaign, occurred within a defined lookback window before opportunity creation. Teams can also use first-touch attribution to assign sourcing credit to the campaign or touchpoint that initiated the buyer journey. Marketing-influenced pipeline is measured using influenced or any-touch attribution, which captures every campaign or marketing touchpoint a lead or account engaged with across the journey. This helps teams understand the broader impact of marketing beyond only the first or sourcing touchpoint. Marketing’s contribution to revenue is measured through RevSure’s Sales vs. Marketing Attribution framework. RevSure ingests activities from CRM, marketing automation, website, advertising, and sales engagement systems, then classifies them into tactical channels and broader Sales or Marketing categories. This enables dashboards that separately report pipeline, bookings, and closed-won revenue attributed to marketing versus sales. For more advanced measurement, RevSure’s AI-based multi-touch attribution uses Markov Chain models to estimate the true contribution of each campaign or touchpoint to conversion, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
