You will be notified of the chargeback and reminder of the time limit on a response and follow up on the results. We also will proactively let you know if your chargeback rate is too high and are in trouble of being suspended from accepting credit cards. Our statements are also very simple to understand what the cost is and what our service fee is. No hidden or confusing fee names.
