Subcontractors do not have to download the Bridgit Field app. We have made subcontractor integration simple by only using email. However, subcontractors do have access to their very own web portal where they can view and comment on all assigned deficiencies.

Bridgit Field is priced per project per month and based on project value and square footage. This makes it cost effective for all sizes of projects. We believe that the software gets more valuable as more people use it and encourage you to get a big team onboard.

Bridgit Field has many different features. The photo mark-up tool helps subcontractors better understand the task they've been assigned and sends them automated daily and/or weekly emails to update them on new or outstanding tasks. Bridgit Field also lets users create PDF reports for weekly meetings and for distributing to subcontractors on-site. Excel reports are also provided and can be used for more detailed project analysis, financials and record keeping. Another feature of Bridgit Field is advanced filtering which combines a series of filters to see exactly what you're looking for (subcontractor, location, due date and much more). Finally, the Bridgit Field mobile app is designed specifically for use in the field - it's fast to use and easy to learn.
