Can the platform be used for the digital signing of receipts generated by my data system?

Scenario: I want to show a client a good, better, best offering for a tv commercial (3 packages). Within each package the client is shown the roles and day rates for each role for the production crew. Instead of having the client select multiple boxes wihin one package to indicate their desired package (table). How can I make the entire table a button or option that requires one click to select?

I send the same to document to multiple signatories so I tried creating one document and share it with multiple signatories and only one person could sign it, how do i change that?
